Hole Position & Feature Location

Verification of holes, slots, mounting points and relationships between critical features.

Bend Angle & Bend Location

Inspection of bend angles, bend-line positions and flange dimensions.

Flatness & Overall Form

Verification of flatness, warpage and overall formed geometry.

Weld Distortion

Inspection of dimensional movement, thermal distortion and structural consistency after welding.

Assembly Fit & Gap

Verification of mounting holes, mating edges, assembly gaps and overall fit.

Post-Finishing Dimensions

Critical dimensions and assembly features rechecked after powder coating, painting, plating or other finishing where required.

Inspection focuses on form, bend accuracy, feature location, weld distortion and final assembly fit.
